For years, I searched for something deeper. I followed the steps I thought I should take—pushing through, staying busy, ignoring the inner nudges telling me something needed to change.
I knew I wanted more, but I wasn’t sure how to get there. I felt like I was walking through life on autopilot, doing everything right but still feeling like something was missing.
That’s when I discovered the power of hypnotherapy, subconscious work, and energy healing.
I signed up to face a fear—and found my purpose instead.
I completed my 200 hour yoga teacher training in 2020-not to teach, but to overcome my fear of public speaking and deepen my connection to mind-body wellness. Midway through the training, the pandemic put everything on pause, giving me even more time for self-reflection. During this time, I fell in love with Ayurvedic and Traditional Chinese Medicine skincare techniques, such as facial massage, cupping, and Gua Sha, which have become a core part of my practice.
But Kyla knew there was something more profound—a way to care for the body, mind, and soul beyond just skincare. Through deep conversations with her clients, she realized that true beauty and healing come from within. This curiosity led her to explore ancestral healing, holistic therapies, reiki, and hypnotherapy, uncovering a whole new way to help people feel truly connected and at peace with themselves.
Now, with Kyla Soul, she’s redefining self-care—not as a routine, but as a ritual. She helps individuals break free from limiting beliefs, emotional blocks, and old patterns by blending modern holistic practices with ancient wisdom. Whether through reiki, hypnotherapy, or personalized rituals, her work is about empowerment, transformation, and deep self-awareness.
